Happy Holiday Season!! Last night we took Hailey to the mall to see Santa...she doesn't get the concept but as we waited in line we saw kid after kid smile and tell Santa what they wanted for Christmas, I would say we saw 3 maybe 4 kids absolutely lose it and break down into that cry that is silent mouth wide open tears screaming down their faces and then BAM just a loud scream!! I love those kinds...haha

Tom & I looked at each other laughed watching as the parents grew with embarrassment andthought, but those make the best pictures!

Is it bad we were secretly wishing Hailey would not smile for Santa, I mean we didn't want her to freak out or be scared we aren't that mean but every kid needs a WHO IS THIS! kind of picture with Santa...

Well she did just that! She was fine and as soon as I put her down on his lap she looked at me like " Why Mom, Why did you sit me down on HIS lap!?" then the puppy dog eyes and the pouty lip came out after..we clapped our hands smiled and said Hailey say cheeesssee! She looked up at Santa and look backed at us and I knew OK, got to get her or shes gonna freak.

She did, well though and we are super proud!

She is 18 months!!!

Today Hailey is 18 months and currently loves to do anything that involves Mickey & Minne so after dinner, she takes a bath and to unwind we put her in her chair and she watches an episode (or two) of Mickey & Minnie before requesting her "babba, nigh night" and then she is off to bed...yes my child asks for bed time, now...CRAZINESS I tell you!!!
